Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): $16.99 or FREE on orders over $300
- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $12.99 or FREE on orders over $300
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@royaltyhair77.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your hair.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Hair must be unopened and unused in its original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Hair that has been opened, installed, washed, colored, or altered in any way cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at contact@royaltyhair77.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (customers are responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your hair for a different length, texture, or quantity, please contact us at contact@royaltyhair77.com. We're happy to help you find the perfect match. Exchange shipping costs may apply.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@royaltyhair77.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hair bundles, closures, frontals, or wigs
- Custom-colored or custom-cut hair
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
